Gretchen's SPIN-Spirational Story:
I saw Lynn hooping at a Live After Five this past July. I introduced myself, and told her that the last time I hula hooped was in the 60's! I started hooping with Lynn that very next Saturday morning. Ever since then, I've been hooked. I have lost one size on my waist, and my arms and back are getting firmer. Hooping is a really fun workout. I can't wait to come to the class on Wednesday nights and Saturday mornings. Everyone hoops at their own pace, and it's really fun to see the progress of everyone in the class. One more thing: I was thinking about buying a new car, a mini cooper. Now, I'm afraid that my hula hoop won't fit, so I'm re-thinking the car choice! "Hooked on Hooping"

Maureen Spin-Spirational Story
I have been hooping with Lynn since the summer of “07 and I love every minute of it. The classes are always fun, we laugh a lot, and I learn something new every time. I have tried a lot of different exercise programs over the years and this is the first one that makes me smile the entire time because the classes are playful. My body fat went from 31% to 22% in three months, jacket size from 12 to 8 and I now wear a size 4 pant. My husband says I look real good for a 50 year old!
